Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience to manage and oversee HR operations in a manufacturing environment. Candidates with prior experience in the manufacturing industry and hands-on exposure to managing both blue-collar and white-collar employees will be preferred.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of employee management, recruitment, attendance, payroll coordination, compliance, employee relations, and overall HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

> Manage day-to-day HR operations for both blue-collar and white-collar employees.

> Handle end-to-end recruitment, selection, onboarding, and induction of employees across various levels.

> Manage attendance, leave, employee records, and HR documentation.

> Independently manage end-to-end payroll process, including payroll preparation, salary calculations, deductions, compliance, and timely disbursement

> Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and company HR policies.

> Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

> Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases.

> Monitor employee discipline, workplace conduct, and adherence to company policies.

Requirements

> Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HR is mandatory.

> Prior experience in the manufacturing industry will be strongly preferred.

> Hands-on experience managing both blue-collar and white-collar employees.

> Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, and HR administration.

> Good understanding of labour laws, statutory compliance, and industrial HR practices.

> Experience in handling contract labour and labour-related matters will be an added advantage.

> Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

> Ability to independently manage HR operations and work effectively with senior management.

> Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and confidentiality.

> Proficiency in MS Office and Saral HR software is preferred.

> Ability to handle a fast-paced manufacturing environment and manage multiple HR responsibilities effectively.
