The late Mr. Ramesh Premchandani's hard work and continuous efforts to form Ramesh & Sons—a small jewellery manufacturing industry—in the year 1980 created a tremendous growth spurt to further form Fionaa Gold Private Limited—a legacy carried on by his sons, Mr. Kamal Premchandani, Mr. Dinesh Premchandani, and Mr. Chandan Premchandani in the year 2020.
